The 14-Day Sprint

One deep session with me. A plan you actually commit to. 2 weeks later, a call where you tell me what you did.

For people who already know what they’re building, and have been circling it for longer than they want to admit.

One Sprint per person. Opened in seasons, with a limited number of spots.

What the waiting has already cost you

How long have you been sitting on it?

The course. The book. The signature talk. The brand you keep describing to people at dinner but never actually build. The publish button you’ve been hovering over for way too long.

Be honest about the number. It’s probably not weeks. It’s probably months, maybe years.

Now put a price on it. Not an emotional price, a real one. The revenue that didn’t come in. The rooms you weren’t in. The reputation that would exist by now if you had started when you first thought about it.

That number is probably bigger than anything on this page. It just doesn’t arrive as an invoice, so it’s easy to ignore.

Here’s the part that frustrates me. In most cases it isn’t a knowledge problem. You’ve probably consumed more material on this than half the people already doing it.

What’s missing is a decision. In many cases, that means getting out of the paradox of choice and letting go of toxic perfectionism. A lot of the time, it’s about finding the courage to take the idea that looks perfect in your head and put it out into an imperfect reality that will test it.

The other missing piece is accountability: someone who will hold you to your word and notice if you do nothing. Sometimes that alone is enough to make things happen.

Why this exists

My private advisory

I work one-on-one, privately, with a maximum of 3 people at a time. That’s my capacity. When I’m on expeditions or doing a lot of international speaking, it often drops to 1 or 2.

The full version is €17,000 for 3 months, with me in your corner the whole way, and many of my clients extend well beyond that. The lightest version starts at €10,000.

It’s a great fit for established leaders and high performers who want the leverage that comes from one-on-one time and ongoing support.

Why I opened a smaller door

A lot of people come up to me, especially after my talks, and tell me they would like to work with me in some way. Usually there’s one big challenge they want to overcome, and in many cases it’s about stepping into a bigger arena.

Some of them aren’t ready to invest in full advisory yet. Let’s be honest, a lot of the time it comes down to money, and that’s completely fine. Others simply don’t need ongoing support. They want one specific thing unblocked.

So I opened a smaller door.

Same access to how I think. Same directness. Compressed into 2 weeks, with a clear beginning and a clear end.

In other words, you get one-on-one time with someone who gets flown around the world to speak on large stages, and whose private work runs into five figures, for less than the price of a business class flight.

So what's the catch?

You may be thinking: so what’s the catch? The catch is that it’s narrow on purpose. 1 goal, 2 calls, 14 days, and no ongoing access.

There’s also no application and no vetting process. You pay, pick one of the open slots in my calendar, fill in the questionnaire so I can get to know you, and we go straight into it.

The Sprint is a ONE-time thing. You can only do it once, and I don’t stack Sprints on top of each other. If you want to keep working with me afterwards, that’s exactly what my private advisory is for.

Opened in seasons

I open Sprints in seasons. Depending on my expeditions and speaking commitments, I open my calendar for a few weeks each quarter, with a limited number of spots. When they’re gone, that season is closed, and I can’t promise when the next one opens.

What happens

01

You book, pay, and fill in the intake.

14 questions, and they go deep: where you actually are, what you’ve been avoiding, what you’ve already tried, and links to everything you’re building.

Don’t filter yourself. The more I know, the more I can do for you in 90 minutes. If something feels uncomfortable to write, that’s usually the thing I need to read. If talking is easier than typing, use dictation and just speak. I would rather have a messy, honest answer than a clean, careful one.

02

Prepare.

I read every answer, then I look at your work myself: your site, your content, whatever you’re building. You’re not paying me to hear your story for the first time on the call.

03

The deep dive. 90 minutes.

The basics are covered by the form and my prep, so we start from what I already know about you. Sometimes that means dissecting the block in the first 10 minutes. Sometimes it means going deeper into your story, because that’s where the block actually lives. Either way, we find what’s really in the way, and in many cases it’s not the thing you wrote on the form.

Then we build the plan. Before we finish, you tell me what you’re committing to over the next 14 days. You name it, not me.

You may be thinking: but what if I don’t even know what that is? That’s completely normal, especially if you’re stuck in the paradox of choice. Helping you pinpoint it is a big part of my job. I’ve done this with so many people that I know how to get you to the one thing that will actually move you forward, and I’ll help you arrive at it.

Then I’ll push on it until it’s the right size: small enough that it actually happens, big enough that it matters.

04

Your written plan, within 48 hours.

One document: the key points from our conversation, your action steps in order with dates, your commitment in your own words, plus anything that kept turning over in my head after we hung up. That last part is often the most useful.

You’ll also get access to my course library. Over the years I’ve built a large collection of premium courses, with 125,000+ 5/5 reviews between them. After our call, have a look through it, tell me which ones speak to you, and I’ll give you free access. As many as you like, no questions asked. On its own, the library is worth far more than a bonus, but that’s exactly what it is here: something extra I want you to have.

05

The accountability call. 14 days later.

30 minutes. You tell me what you did. We can talk about what you learned and what you realised, of course, but that doesn’t get you off the hook for what you committed to shipping, sending, recording or publishing.

This call is what makes the whole engagement so powerful. You made a commitment to yourself and to me, and it’s on record. That makes you far more likely to push through the discomfort of stepping into a bigger arena. The alternative is a much bigger discomfort: letting yourself down, letting me down, and having to tell me on a call, “I didn’t do what I said I would do.” Most people never have this kind of accountability, and in my experience it makes all the difference.

I tell you what I think, we correct course, and the engagement closes.

Why 14 days actually works

The negotiation with yourself

When you commit to just yourself, you negotiate. Something comes up, the week gets busy, you move it, and nobody ever finds out.

The stakes are low when it’s only you, especially if you have a track record of making promises to yourself and not following through. It’s so easy to come up with a great idea, get to 70% of the execution, and quietly abandon it. How do I know? I did this myself for many years.

When you commit to someone you respect, the negotiation with the weaker part of you stops. Not because they’ll punish you, but because you don’t want to sit on a call 2 weeks later and hear yourself explain why you did nothing.

There’s a second piece. Most people I meet aren’t stuck because they’re lazy. They’re stuck because they’re not sure what the right move is, so they hover between options and call it thinking. Once someone helps you cut through that and tells you plainly what to do first, the hovering usually ends.

90% done is 0% done

There’s a line I use in almost every keynote and company training: 90% done is as good as 0% done, because in both cases nothing really happens. Actually, it’s worse than zero, because you spent the time and nothing came back.

I know that feeling from the inside, and I’ve watched it cost people far more than money, because those unfinished things are the doors to your next opportunities. They stay shut until you ship.

My job is to get you to execute: to launch, to publish, and to actually make things happen.

Why 2 weeks is enough

In my experience, 2 weeks of doing the right things is often enough to break the pattern. Not because 2 weeks is magic, but because the thing keeping you stuck was rarely the work itself. It was the starting.

I genuinely believe that 2 weeks of unblocking something and actually shipping it can create more progress than a full year of busy work. I’ve seen it again and again, including in my own life. Once it’s moving, it tends to keep moving.

Who this is for

You’re building something real: a course, a book, a brand, a talk, a business, or a move that scares you a little.

Or there’s a specific block in the way. Maybe you’re terrified of speaking in public and you’ve decided that ends now. Maybe you’ve been hiding behind competence for years because putting yourself out there feels dangerous. Maybe you want to show up with more force, in your work and in your body, and you’re willing to do the uncomfortable work that takes.

You’re capable. You’re probably already good at what you do, and that’s part of the problem. Being good at the current thing is a very comfortable place to hide from the next one.

There’s also a good chance you already know some of my work. Maybe you’ve seen me on a stage, taken one of my courses, or watched something I put out. That actually raises the stakes, in a good way. When you give your word to someone whose work you know, you probably won’t want to let them down, not just yourself. That’s often what gets people to do what it takes to reach the next level.

Who this isn't for

People looking for a yes man to cheer them on.

People who want motivation without a plan.

People who want software tutorials, funnel mechanics or a walkthrough of publishing platforms.

People hoping to use the call mainly to get introductions to my network. When I work with someone for longer and we really get to know each other, I’m always happy to connect them with the right people. That just isn’t what the Sprint is for.

Anyone who isn’t going to do the work between the 2 calls. The 14 days are the product. If you’re not going to use them, please don’t book this.

What you're actually paying for

Not 90 minutes.

13 years of running my own business while travelling full time. Over 1 million course enrollments. 3 TEDx talks. Hundreds of stages, some of them the ones you’re trying to get on.

Hundreds of conversations with people standing exactly where you’re standing right now. After that many, you start to see the patterns: what actually moves people forward, and what keeps them stuck. That pattern recognition is the real product.

I’ve also made most of the expensive mistakes myself, often in public, so you don’t have to.

What you get:

  • A 90-minute one-on-one deep dive
  • My preparation, including a review of your work
  • A written plan within 48 hours: key points, action steps with dates, your commitment in your own words
  • A 30-minute accountability call 14 days later
  • Free access to the courses you choose from my library

€1,700

If you move into private advisory within 30 days of the accountability call, the full €1,700 comes off the price.

How it runs

2 calls, the preparation behind them, a written plan, real accountability, and the course library. That’s the whole thing, and it’s deliberate. The true value here is compression, a deadline and accountability, not contact volume for the sake of it.

There’s no WhatsApp thread, no Slack and no ongoing access during the 2 weeks. If you already know you want someone in your corner continuously, skip this and [LINK → contact form on /contact] message me about private advisory directly.

The terms, plainly

  • Payment up front holds your slot.
  • No refunds. You’re buying my preparation and my calendar, and both get spent whether or not you show up.
  • One reschedule, with at least 48 hours notice.
  • One Sprint per person, once.
  • Both calls happen on Zoom.

The Sprint and my private advisory

I want to be clear about one thing: the Sprint isn’t a sales funnel. I won’t pitch my advisory during it, and I treat it as a complete, one-off piece of work. In fact, there’s a real chance I won’t even have an advisory opening while we’re doing your Sprint.

That’s also exactly who the Sprint is for. Some people come to me committed and ready for advisory, but in that period I simply don’t have the capacity to take them on. Because of the demand, the small number of spots and the way I live and travel, that happens more often than you may think. The Sprint is a way to still work with me in the meantime.

It also changes things on my side. Once we’ve done a Sprint together, I already know you, how you think and how you follow through. That makes it much easier for me to prioritise you when an advisory spot opens up.

It’s also the closest thing there is to a taste of what working with me privately feels like. If, after your Sprint, it’s a clear yes from both sides and you commit to private advisory within 30 days, the full €1,700 is credited towards it.

If you’ve simply been wanting to get on my radar, this is the simplest way to do it.

Who I am

I’m Jimmy Naraine. For 13 years I’ve run my own business while travelling full time, through 94 countries so far. Over 1 million course enrollments, 520,000+ global learners, 3 TEDx talks. I’m a Mindvalley author and a winner of the NYC Big Book Award.

I stress-test what I teach instead of just teaching it: a 226 km Ironman, fight camps, cold water, expeditions. Most recently I took a group of high-calibre men up an active volcano.

I used to work at Goldman Sachs, then at a startup. It was someone else’s dream, so in 2013 I left and burned the bridges so I couldn’t go back.

None of this came naturally. I grew up in post-communist Poland with no money and no connections, and I once ran away from a stage at university because I was terrified of presenting. Now I present for a living.

Questions

No. I won’t bring up private advisory unless you clearly signal you’re interested. Even if you ask me about it, we would have that conversation outside of our 90 minutes, so it never takes time away from the actual work. My job is to get you unstuck and playing a bigger game, even if we never speak again.

Then you probably want advisory. Do the Sprint first and we’ll both know.

No, and that’s deliberate. The conversation stays completely private between us and won’t be shared anywhere, ever. You get the written plan within 48 hours, which is the part you’ll actually use.

Then the second call will be uncomfortable. That’s most of why this works.

30 days gives you 3 weeks to ignore it and 1 week to panic. 14 days is short enough that you have to start this week.

I open slots at different times of day so they work for Europe, the Americas and Australia.

The Sprint is one-on-one. For anything involving a team, message me directly.

If something in your life is sitting at 90%, let's get it out the door.
